Shipping & Return

  • All of our items can be shipped Australia wide with commercial grade packaging to ensure safe arrival. For Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane metro areas we have a great network of couriers and for areas outside metro areas please contact us prior to purchasing if you would like to confirm delivery cost.
  • We do not offer refunds for delay with delivery, if you have pre-ordered any artefact or have ordered a custom-made design. Due to the global shipping crisis which also affects shipping from India, we may encounter delays on our pre-order and custom order pieces. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for delay as unfortunately the delay is completely out of our control. We are committed to be completely transparent to our customers about how our expected wait-times are only a guide and cannot be relied upon at the moment. We are committed to keeping our customers as informed as possible about any delay we may be encounter.

  • For any picked up orders, you must exchange the item in the original packaging within 48 hours. If outside of 48 hours, exchanges will be at our discretion and for posted items, you must notify us of any exchange within 48 hours of receipt and any shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • In case of manufacturing defect we will replace the item if in stock, otherwise we will issue a refund as per the billed price. We are committed to resolve any issues if arises.
